Demolition and site preparation of The Box Music Venue in Crewe for Property Capital PLC
Asbestos removal and controlled demolition of the former music venue at the rear of The Royal Hotel, Crewe was completed by the company. The project involved scaffolding of the highway and hand demolition where the structure adjoined the hotel. The site was prepared for future use as a six storey multi storey car park.
