Luneside Industrial Estate, Lancaster for Hurstwood Holdings Limited
The company carried out the demolition of numerous relict buildings including removal of asbestos materials and removal of former foundations and bases. Recycled aggregate material was used to form engineered pads for future raft foundations. The site is being developed for over ten new substantial portal framed sheds along with some retail and amenity uses.
